Breathe that country air in, ~ Exhale city sludge. Eat your fruits and vegetables, ~ Avoid bad fats and fudge! Bend and stretch your body, ~ Get rid of all the kinks. Eat grains and beans ~ fish and nuts, ~ Pass on those sausage links! By looking on the brighter side, Of every situation, You'll stress less and not depress, ~ Avoiding constipation! SouthernWinds ~ I have a little trick that works SOME of the time! I imagine myself eating something decadently rich and fattening. I can actually smell it, taste it, and enjoy the whole experience without actually eating it! EA |

So good food you would eat more veggies, less red meat and from the juicer you would spout orange or red or green things out pump up those buns that sag kick up those feet that drag okeeedokee artichokee but as far as droppin' the fudge! From that one vice, I'll not budge! SusanHappiness isn't something that happens to you, it's created from within you. Joy is a state of mind. |
