a little something in the rythm of Poe, I hope Hear the wind? Gentle wind. How it whispers it's intend, As it flows across a rose, Bringing sweetness to ones nose. As it slows, And it grows, Ever gently does it wend. With a melody to lend. Flowers dancing as they bend. How it blows, Leafy shows, Spreading colors as it goes. Oh the wonders it bestows. Hear the breeze? Stiff breeze. How it loves to gust and tease, As it frolics free and gay, Singing tunes in wild array. Trees asway, Kites display, As it courses at it's please. Tossing all caught in it's seize. Bending grass across the leas. How it flees, With such ease. Whipping foam from bluest seas. Taking joy in it's appease. Hear the gale? Angry gale. How it's danger does fortell, As it bellows out it's might, In the dark of moonless night. Raging spite, It's incite. Heaving forth with fierce impel. Screaming out of tune, it's tale. Leaving wreckage in it's trail. Giving fright, It's delight. Surging on in frenzied flight, 'Til it ends in whisper slight. "always be true to SELF, and follow your heart.." |

Ooooh, a subject dear to my heart and one of my favorite sensations, the kiss of the wind. You described the wind's moods oh so well. Much enjoyed. Susan Happiness isn't something that happens to you, it's created from within you. Joy is a state of mind. |

ES, I enjoyed this very much. In following your critique message, watch your contractions.... and that's the only little bit of critique I have to give... It was a very good read! |
