To reach out in night's darkest shade, to feel you there, to know you are with me, to feel the warmth of you sleeping gently silent. To hear you breathe in dreams, and smell the scent of your hair. To play music while just looking at you, the whole of you. To be alive without you, is to live in a world without the song of birds, souless and echoing silence, drear. To know that the future holds hope and togetherness, is a dream worth holding onto, even for many years to come. We should all adhere to know that whatever the future brings, happiness, disappointments, or sure footed loftiness, we should remember to cup our hands to all things This write reminded me of tulips and joy! |
