Precious Moments

At times I want to relive
precious moments from my past.
I want to live them all over again.
But they were not moments for now,
they were moments for then.
I remember rocking my sons to sleep
and singing them soothing songs.
Those precious memories and tender
feelings, to relive them, I long.
To live precious moments, and
then to cherish sweet memories,
these are the blessings of life,
new moments of pleasure awaiting me.

Yes we have such precious memories of past moments James..
