Incapabilities A new path to walk, to lessen the dark, untangle this weave, allowing fingers to be nimble and unspoken words to be read in body language. Temptations tug, its allure in rainbow colors to arc my spirit among droplets of mist. Diverse thoughts, sometimes too many especially for one who lacks a better sense of direction making everything miscellaneous and nothing routine. I hold dedication but mask it well, letting it ride for the moment in unrest as I feel the growing pains that torment and cramp me in discomfort. The impetus is missing, has been for so long that momentum is just a pill I take that doesn't always work its will. Time is my enemy and my name its sword. I am running out of one, and am tortured by the other. There is no soothing to be had and I am incapable of acceptance as is. "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less." |

I have a lump in my throat from reading your poem. I am filled with emotion ~ and some measure of understanding of your plight. You are such an expressive writer and I feel your words ~ and your soul... Loving hugs, Linda |
