LIFE, LOVE, PAIN AND SORROW How can I write about Things that I don't know About things I think I feel When, not all real feelings show. Sometimes we think we must Have something or someone But by ourselves, when we Only think we're done. Can I really compromise (but, what does that mean?) I've seen people change their minds From here in between. I guess I couldn't write it If it wasn't here inside Coming from a place in me Maybe, I've tried to hide. But how will I know When I already see What lays there behind And what things might be. I know there's more to life And maybe sometimes less But hard as I figure it I can't seem to even guess. Where do I go from here Where will I be tomorrow Somewhere between this and that Life, love, pain and sorrow. I guess I still am here But what about tomorrow I hope I can say I did something About life, love, pain and sorrow. Del "Abe" Jones |

This has a good steady buildup, and wonderful last two stanzas. I like it. Nan (Pilgrim variety) |
