The Deem I sat in a museum in dream Watching illusions painted deem They echoed to my mind of bail Delusions of the human frail Painted dreams of genius flair Begging me to deeply stare Speaking to my very soul Adding goal on top of goal The call so great this open gate To fly within another’s fate To sail the colors of its course And feel the power of its force To join this spirit on the fly To see the stars another’s sigh To hear this music of the art Played within a phantoms heart God bless the keepers of mans will My entry fee a tear of spill |
