did you read the trees
when they sent you words
with their leaves

when the earth mother whispered
through their roots
and they were dancers

making music with bird wings
and wind string strum
they were the dark pools there

under stone mouth poems
did you hear them talking
with their hands

wearing gloves of night linen

natures sounds, all exposed by you and your
astute perceptions, articulating the other dimentions
wonderfully soothing write
and yes, the tree voices love to smile
