Because you never know when it will all be over, and by then it's to late.

Dont pass up any opportunities, because you might never again get that chance.

Nice goals to remember and live with...
another one is "I wish I had"....I know
a bunch of them...personal experience
is always an invaluable tool,  IF we pay
attention to our mistakes...
