The night whispers her song,
luna glows upon my face,
with you is where I belong,
far away from this place,

Owls hoot in mysterious dark,
I wander through the wooded park,
to the river of lonely souls,
where tears flow out to sea,

Little lilly pads carry my tears,
far away from me,
to the one I love,
who waits patiently,

Stars twinkle in clear night sky,
As the last tear falls from my eye,
luna hugs my heart, with her comforting
light, as I drift back to sleep,
the vision of you in my sight,

Morning comes, I am awakened ,
to the sound of your gentle, loving voice,
How did I get here? laying upon lillys,
it was not by will nor choice,

Tiny are the love fairies,
who sprinkle their love all around,
under their magical spell,
I fell asleep upon the wooded ground,

Upon their lilly boat,
far away did I but float,
luna guided me across the gentle sea,
the winds whispers carried me,

To where I am standing now,
with my love,love so free,
forever will I remain here,
loving him eternally,

Thank you tiny love fairies,
for bringing me to dreamland
of love and make-believe.

Had to come back again to this poem..i love it..it has beauty and such gentle kindness...it has a freedom about it....and a light airy feel to it...beautiful..thank you..
