Beneath disguise,
the truth lies.

You cannot escape
yourself.

Each step you take
upon the earth
imprints your soul.

Walk carefully,
for others
may try to follow.

Do not wallow
in the mudflats of hatred
but instead,
be one who attempts to
cleanse hearts and minds
with showers of love
and forgiveness.

Step carefully,
for it is a truth,
you can never
retrace your steps.

Each step you walk
upon the earth
imprints your soul.

Beneath disguise,
the truth lies.
