He comes to me
in midnight dreams
in answer to
my silent cries

He holds me close
inviting forth
the tears
I've fought to hide

He waits for me
to release the pain
I've held inside

Through this all
I can't help
but wonder
why he came

I hear him whisper
to my soul
he's come to take
the pain away

I feel his kiss
upon my cheek
as the tears begin
to fall to like rain

And with each moment
and tear that falls
lonliness
begins to fade

Yet I feel
the sadness linger
Beacause he cannot stay

For with the night
he must leave
in the dawning
of the day

danni, you weren't kidding about this going with the one that i wrote were you, our hearts must have been on the same plane. this was truely wonderful. a sacred kinship.

Mo- I hoping you might enjoy that. I would agree, our hearts were definately on the same plane. That just kind of made my night.

Wow, this was simply beautiful Danni. Reminded me of dreams I used to have of an "angel" in white whose soul purpose seemed to be comforting me. Mine turned out to be real, I hope yours does too.
