I dream this dream most every night
Mine eyes behold a most wondrous sight

Always the same never changing
No matter how far my eyes maybe ranging

I stand there upon the snow covered ground
This sea of brilliant white all around

A snow covered plain
With one small red stain

Upon the only hill
A River of red does spill

The River no longer flows
For completely solid it is froze

A River of blood
Once flowed like a flood

At the top of the hill its source
A heart that once beat with such force

'Twas broken by your hand
Resides now in this land

Frozen and unfeeling, this heart that once beat strong
Placed here upon this hill by all that you've done wrong

No hope of being free
There is no prince for me

No man dares traverse this land
And take thine frozen heart in hand

And so it's left as it is seen
A picture on a movie screen

Truth be known, fantasy is much more appealing than reality.

Firstly welcome to the Dark Forums.!
This poem is magical, great imagery, feelings, it's almost like a song.  It's beautiful my friend

Yes, wow!  What imagery.  I could see the darkness, with the white snow and bit of red rose..Let's just say everything!
Enjoyed.

Brilliant poem

Didn't much care for the Font

keep it up

Pride of place in the human race goes to one without a trace,
of subtlety style ego or grace for this position, I wish to say, i would be proud as i am greater than any other face in the crowd
