The apple hung Its taste sweet the bite of death Mouthwatering poison No change The garden stays The same as ever as its always been Here in this false Eden Here alone in the trees I lie thinking Stareing at the sun All the while The garden blooms lonely in late June This world in i play Adam alone in a false Eden of glass and mortar In my mind And i open my eyes And return from eden And i am not alone And the apple hangs on the tree ------------------ Pride of place in the human race goes to one without a trace, of subtlety style ego or grace for this position, I wish to say, i would be proud as i am greater than any other face in the crowd |

Of glass and mortar.....Such a hauntingly descriptive piece....Liked much Jennifer ------------------ Love is an attempt at penetrating another being,But it can only succeed if the surrender is mutual. |

I'll agree with Jennifer on this one!! Way to go ------------------ The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there IS to celebrate. ~Isis~ (Daughter of Mystery) |
