Pain engulfs my wiery mind
Like a well fed fire.
I am blinded by tears of sorrow
Stinging like a heavy smoke.
The past scorches my soul
Burning with immortal embers.

Flames flicker over my body
As I fight with undead memories.
Some warm, some singe,
Some eat through my skin.
The gouls, the gobblins,
The skeletons in my closet
Are released by me.
To torture me,
And yes, I do believe
I deserve it.

I will get over
Squirming through my past.
I will get over
Feeling sorry for myself.
To stop this pain,
I need one of two things.
For death to call,
Or a warm heart
To save me from myself.

Let's hope for the latter, G-wolf.
Good work.

Sorry Wolf, you're to far gone....hehe, I know just how you feel in this one, sometimes I feel like even Death would just rather wait in the shadows and laugh at my suffering. Good job.
