Satan burns a path,
A path of anger and wrath,
Burned deep within our hearts,
To tear life's love apart.

Unclean demon fiends scream,
Waiting, wanting an opening,
Through which to enter and so pervert.
The faint light left to kill is their work.

The Beast released from in his cage,
Will take on Earth the center stage,
And in his hatred and his rage,
Erase your name from ev'ry page.

Tormented spirits burn and wail,
In deepest fiery depths of Hell,
Rememb'ring moments when they fell,
To nameless horrors he unveiled.

'preciate the comments guys.
I don't know nothin' 'bout writin' no poetry,
but that one sort of came to me about 10 years ago when I was working 3rd shift at a poultry processing plant - cuttin' up chickens and living mostly off vodka and speed.
