Lying here, obscured in shadow;
velvet curtains 'round me fall:
burning heart filled with desire
wishing for you above all.

Candles burn, I'm waiting for you;
ghosts and goblins all around.
Nightmares dance, I'm moving with them-
though my hands and feet are bound.

Will you join our writhing, twisting?
Make love to me once, and then:
chase away the dark and evil-
make it safe for me again.
