The child small
and helpless.
Staring out at
nothing.
Feeling alone and
deprived.
His fragile heart torn
to pieces.
He has no help
no familiar faces.
Tears swell and he
begins to cry.
Emotions darkened
and dampened.
He has no hand
to guide him.
Forever alone
he crys.
