Took a journey one lifetime Way into the future Looking for something What, I do not know now Took my compass along Lost it along the way somehow When I glanced your way! I started to panic I knew I was lost in you Then the darkness began to set in Stumbling as I traveled through I knew I would be had by you I tried to turn back many days Feet that would not budge My heart was leading the way A rocky ride at the least Wild emotions Passions running wild and free That is what you did to me! It would take my breath away Keep me suspended in time Help me to forget Make me regret! Younger than I have ever felt So kept, in the new of the hour Felt so needed once again And the excitement, a DRUG! Great work!! Time can be an illusion to all, and who says we are reading it correctly anyways!!  Great work hon.. At last I have heard the song of enlightenment.... Our heart does take us for a wild ride sometimes, beyond reason, beyond all possible understanding. We are at the mercy of this thing call love. you have a great way of putting in down kid. Joel. I howl a mournful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel. |
