~A Bus Ride~ A bus ride for the groceries in the heat of the summer sun counting change counting tears evil stares a bus ride for your temporaries those thoughts that linger windows fogged blurry streets steaming bodies in plastic seats a weeks worth of food of life paper or plastic? two blocks from safety from society's hatred... a bus ride for the groceries. |

Sounds bleek, I've been to this place. not wanting to be around people. Joel. an interesting way of putting it. I howl a mornful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel. |

It made me feel the normalness of life. When things are just too much of the same thing. A weeks worth of groceries until you have to go again. You captured the repetitiveness life sometimes has to offer. I enjoyed it. It was awkwardly rewarding to know someone else feels how I do sometimes. |
