This is not a poem. This is a letter to each and everyone Of you who reaches out in an effort To better. How I love thee, For bearing my cross. Yes, I have given it to God, But He shows me the Christlike human I Thought was lost. I post, I feel, too many. Screaming to be heard, Too many years of self shut the hell up, And now, my hunger is word. To give, to read, To think, to speak. Thank you, my dear friends. Isis says she's here, She will listen to all. And, I swear, it goes to my bones And up come all these mournful songs. So hard to hear, How does she do it all the day long? What am I to do? It just won't stop. How do you not tire of all this blackness, Darkness, criminality in me? Brings me to my knees. I can walk no more. But still, I trudge on, My hands now my vehicle. Overflowing with fuel, Can't write all the words. I hope for days when we all have more Light in this dark tunnel we call Our lives. *****kynder The years teach much which the days never know. That light is there. And your mournfull songs are from the heart who could tire of that. Light, Love. This is. Joel. I howl a mornful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel. |
