*THE MASK THAT I WEAR* Empty, worthless, a nothing, that is me, my face is that of a deformed girl, look closer, can't you see? But then again, I fool you time and time again, I say words with confidence, and walk with poise and grace, I seem so witty, intelligent and sweet, pretending to the world that my life is perfect and complete; For, my smile is stretched from ear to ear, my teeth they sparkle, my eyes do shine, never showing you a single tear, leading you to believe that all is well, but underneath the mask that I wear, is a neverending lonliness, a constant agony, of a broken girl struggling in hell. As well you know there are no mask here, We all walk necked within passions, you dropped your mask upon entering. love your style, Kid. haha Joel. I howl a mornful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel. |
