Purgatorial Incarceration

Twilight

Claws of night,
grip the sun.
kills the light,
doth this one.
Veiled black,
covers all.
Pristine reek,
demons thrall.
Quagmire deep,
sucks the soul.
Eternal fires,
Satan's roll.
Hell spawn's might,
morning dew.
Cycle stops,
starts anew.

Chris,
Good to see you in the Darkroom again,
love this "little ditty" of yours. "Pristine reek", yeah, I recognize that one, alright...well done my friend.

Great Poem....I liked how you showed how everything is in one big cycle.

Michael, I know it as well, it is the foul stench of the demons that haunt me ever.
Glad I was able to pull a chuckle out of you DE, I wonder if that's a first!
Thank you Dark Angel, I'm blushing at brilliant, when in fact it is dark!
SD- thank you, C'est La Vie; Such is life
Jenny, we'll see, I've been having this problem with a bug bite lately... makes it hard to see my demons sometimes!
K- I'll gladly tickle you elsewhere as well!
