CUTS As I look at that knive in my shaking hand, I wonder if I am really in my own Land. I am terrified as I place that knife across my skin, Is this really better than being thin? I can feel the pain rushing to the spot. I see the blod flow out drop by drop, I now feel guilty about what I have done. And I really dont feel like I have won! I feel like I need to do it more and more, Even though if I get caught I will be thrown out the door. |

WElcome to Passions sports, A very very dark poem here. Mixed feelings as the blades slices away, very eerie. The glory of friendship is not the outstretched hand, not the kindly smile, not the joy of companionship; it is the spiritual inspiration that comes to one when he discovers that someone believes in him and is willing to trust him with his friendship." --Ralph Waldo Emerson |

This is a strong piece. I don't normally like poems of this nature, but this one strikes a different chord with me. Very well done! Those who dream by day are cognizant of many things which escape those who dream only by night. -Edgar Allen Poe |

Welcome to passions... true words ...but painful... take care If all was light...then I would have never learnt the dark...from which such truth evolves from which evolves the light... Avanti Rao |
