That place with padded walls and funny people in white.........

Once I had a little bird
With an amputated wing
I used to scratch his head
And listen to him sing

No one cared about him
Until I came along
I gave him love and a home
In which to sing his happy song

I loved that little bird
Like no one could ever know
I adored the beautiful notes
Issued from his tiny throat

And I got in a fight with HER
And the b*tch lost her head
Because I failed to stop her
My little bird is dead

She picked him up and laughed
As I frantically tried to stall
While I cried and screamed and begged
She hurled my Dale into the wall

And then I knew hate
For her and me and everything
I knew I should have stopped her
And now my bird no longer sings
