THE DEMONS Into the darkness rides the crusader Dressed for battle, Ready to fight. The demons wait In the darkness they gather Needing no weapons to fight They are themselves invincible. Though a battle may be won The war is all eternal Without the demons we are empty Through them we find completion Demons are what make us whole Give me my demons Let me enjoy the venom Through them my soul rises To conquer all that oppose me. Without darkness there is no light Without the light we cannot see the dark Balance...It heals the soul -- by: LB |
