My life, whats to become of it
will in darkness my mind shall sit,
will all this reading and writing,
will all this searching and typing,
lead me to the answer,
or just inflict me with that cancer,
so malignant it will spread like wildfire,
or will all this info take me higher,
take me in life where I want to be,
free but in actuality
everything in life comes with a price,
just like playing craps,
as you throw that dice,
youre betting with life,
but you'll always have to be ready,
for that strife,
thinking what the future holds,
thinking bout my longterm goals,
thinking is the world ready for me,
there's countries and wide open seas,
there's people every shape in every color,
but then there's people,
thinking "whats to become of her",
should I just stop believeing,
why is this world of ours so deceiving,
why can't it just be a straight path,
why must life be such an emotional task,
guess that's just how its supposed to be,
it isn't easier for you than it is for me,
who said life was gonna be a peaceful trip,
full of emotional turns, bumps, and dips
which way my life may turn,
Its not anybody's concern,
I'm the one who has to live it,
and I'm the one who will conquer it.

wow.this is great work..an excellent look with in..and self evalutaion of ones life...
I love this part...

And conquer you shall! With such insight to the ways of the world, at least your armed with the reality of it all.
