I am scared to death All my wishes are coming true As benign as it might be My wishes frighten me A past comes to me here, now God help my selfish soul Push the fears aside Stop it, save your foolish bickering I will cry, burn, and die Alone I stand They came down, yet I was blinded Alone I stand I am stiff with emotions Like a demon in Gods path I scream A pain like no others My wishes came true baerlon |

This poem describes very well the outcome of being careful what you wish for, you just might get it. I really enjoyed it, great job. Heather M. The things you fear are undefeatable not by their nature, but by your approach. -Jewel |

Powerful ending. Wishes are important, but I think you captured the danger we all feel when we start to see what we asked for and it isn't quite what we imagined it would be. Jannel |
