I’ve always lived a secret Hush, Hush Don’t tell Kept to myself All of me Afraid I would lose it If I opened up It had to be strapped down Where I could hold it Where I could contain it Or else it wouldn’t belong I’ve never told anyone The secret I’ve tried But only one version The version that people would understand The version that wouldn’t make me crazy The version that appeased them Let them be calm While I raged Its too late now The secret is public I get interviewed Again, and again Asking me to face it But I deny it Its been so long behind the cage That it’s the only life I know Another version I’ve created specially for myself A little something For me Myself And I But don’t tell anyone. It’s a secret. |

Great secret. I was hoping to know it but then you did not tell it. That was unique and very well done. As a reader and a secret holder somtimes a secret is better off kept in. If you know what I mean... "Write down what you say if what you say is not written down" (Bojopy) |
