Hi. It's me, Remember me? You don't know me. Do you? Can you see me? You can't. I'm invisible. Or am I? You used to know me. We used to be friends, remember that? You can't see me, you can't even hear me. I scream & I scream yet you don't hear. I push & shove yet you don't feel. Alone, so I disappear... Emptiness inside me. I'm Invisible. I'm No longer, I'm gone, Bye. 'I once picked a daisy's petals searching for an answer. I went through 10 daisy's before getting the answer I was looking for...I love you.' |

Thank you Starboards & ~Red~. I wrote this without preparing or anything. I was just in the forum and I typed it up. It was sort of an experiment, different than most poems I write. I'm glad you two enjoyed it. Thanks for the comments. |

I am a new member, and yours was the first poem I read, and I must say I was very impressed. You have an excellent free verse writing style. I relate to this poem very much so, it's like you read my mind. I look forward to more poetry of yours. * Melissa Honeybee * |

Holden, This poem reminds me of someone. Oh wait, it's me. Too often I feel invisable also. This gives me inspiration to write a poem of my own! JOY |
