I feel sadness move through my body I feel depresion, confusion I reach to be understood By the one I love I look at my life and wonder why I keep living through it all I wish the pain would leave But you learn to live with it I hope to find a day where I have pain no longer Hope is all I can do -Neala (Goddess of Sadness) |

Oh Neala! So sad for you hon  But hope isn't all you can do, keep your mind busy, write more poems!! Go for walks somewhere you love, music always calms the soul too. I also am feeling like this right now. And it is the worst feeling in the world. Especially when it is caused by no one but yourself, which is the case with me. I hope you feel better soon. |
