People seem to no longer have time for each other. That mystical chance encounter seems out dated and depreciated. I would relish the opportunity to interact, Alas, I too have been programmed to keep my head down and admire my footwear ensemble. The prices off shoes are really cheap these days – I digress if only for a while, a brief moment of naturalism creeping back into my mindset. History has evolved us all but all history is to me is wars, disease, famines, men imposing their will onto unwanted recipients, men creating power for themselves to make a quick dollar or two, kings who are neither royal nor worthy. History – a sorry story to date yet is our bedrock. Maybe I am too cynical, too clinical and if I worked out for 7 years too physical. Forget the past embrace the NOW. |

Forget the past, embrace the Now! I only wish I could. But the past is too beautiful and the now so much less than I wanted. Good writing though.. :-) |
