In Good Hands Cut the mole off It might be cancerous, Cut your hair off You’ve got cancer, Flesh, dead flesh, New skin, used skin, It’s the filth that itches my nose, Makes my eyes water from the Cat dander on an old woman’s clothes, Pop some Sudafed and wash it down with a shot of Windex Ah, the artificial feeling of now seeing and breathing, Clearly, This is the way divinity intended to cure the moderately ill Just leave the brain tumors for the makers of miracles, Breathe deep, your in good hands, Just take this pill, Glut down the antihistamine with a nicotine chaser Substitute one broken nose for a lung on a crutch Watch you hobble down that all encompassing road with one arm around father time, Thank you, thank you much. "The worst vice is advice" (Al Pacino, devil's advocate) |
