heavy eyelids...... I crouch under the hot water and I cry. I do not want this.. A heavy weight of me. Army telepathy, shots are fired there are casualties, birds scatter in all directions of my head and I watch them forget me.. just like you did. I remember sitting at the park for hours.. watching steam rise from the streets, eyeing grass as it grew, I could see.. Finally, that I am too tired to sleep. Maybe, this is a good time to speak to you, about my heart and how it's weak. I do not want this.. your voice on the other line, needing me.. just.. telling myself to breathe. Holding my head in my hands I reflect all too much, I wish I weren't a mirror, or streaked with fingerprints. My hair is wet, this is no rain.. It's time for me to return to my head again.. the doves are black, writhing in tar and I have no room to save them in this heap of corpses..all my own. |

Holding my head in my hands I reflect all too much, I wish I weren't a mirror, or streaked with fingerprints. You are soooo way far beyond my friend....and you know it, but I needed to reinstate that regardless....anyway, you are a tremendous writer, love to read you...wishing you a great day and wonderful weekend ahead! "It's time for me to return to my head again.." My head is my danger area... Only you could write this so well.. "cast me gently into the morning, for the night has been unkind" |

on the other side is solitude... when you write like you do you are never alone -- you take us all there. |

Wow... Let my words fall first upon deaf ears before a closed mind... |

"I wish I weren't a mirror, or streaked with fingerprints." ...but then you would be a different poet. It is a hard thing that the painful emotions often drive us to see furthest into human understanding and to reflect it with enhanced clarity into others' eyes. You have done well with this; I wish it did not have to hurt so much. |

Maybe it's lazy to say 'what he said' but icebox said it best. |

Soooo sad and so deeply emotional. Kaoru, this is one of your very best and it's going to be a permanent in my library. |
