Help me to overcome my fears,

Help me to wipe away my tears,

Help me to live again,

Help me extinguish the pain,

Help me to love once more,

Help me of the floor,

Help me to see,

Let my nervousness flee.

After battling panic disorder for so many years, I understand your plee.
Believe me, there is light at the end of a seemingly darkest of dark tunnels....for whatever is upsetting you so.

It's a long, hard climb from the bottom but it's easier if you look up while climbing instead of looking down. May the sun shine once again in your life.

I have had low self-esteem and lacked confidence most my life .... letting it all out in poetry as help me
