Rain Cooled I sit perched pensive in anxious summer flesh as my spirit cries in dry tongue for sustenance found in the ebb and flow of thought which sparks the universe to manifest enlightening to make cogent desires to move clouds to storm and sway the mightiest oak. It is with this knowledge in grace and gratitude, I lift palms to all creation, formed by divine thought. I see the cloudburst in my mind while my flesh falls silent and my rain-cooled spirit speaks. It is then I know the peace I desire is always within. |
