In my sterile world of concrete and landscaping the taming of my land I long to shake my mane and run and leap in the meadows to chew a wildflower and chase a dog to snort at an enemy and drive it away with wild hooves I could dance in the wind and call all my friends with my gentle call and they would surround me Is this what freedom is? I could live like this |

For a moment there, I felt like a wild filly! Loved this -- and yes, maybe that is the feeling! Just wait until Midnitesun reads this one! .......jo |

iF FREEDOM DIES... everything will die or one kind of thing that doesn't need freedom will be the only thing left (my son's response) |

You know ... I at times do feel this free, when standing on the mountain with no one around but the wildlife, etc. Once I screamed up there, "I am free!" and how fortunate I feel to live in a country I am that, and can scream it. I absolutely loved this. |

Thank you Mysteria - We are so fortunate to have the freedom we do, and yet I long for more - just to be myself |
