Graffiti I placed graffiti on a wall It seemed to me was ten feet tall But now beyond horizons won It seemed much smaller then when done. It lay there under other grime Underneath the gray of time and Seemed to me a waste of puce That could have been for other use It struck me a distaste of couth Better still a waste of youth that Churns the milk to butters blend And oft regrets its very end All rivers run a down hill course The power drains with each new force And does not strain the good from bad Nor the happy from the sad But spills and sifts each hours grime Into a hallelujah time |

Your poem ranged from graffiti grime ~ to hallelujah time! Now that is quite a stretch! ~ and you did it so poetically, Sir T.!!! EA |

"All rivers run a down hill course The power drains with each new force And does not strain the good from bad Nor the happy from the sad" It takes bad to really know good. Well done morning master! Morning Sy! "cast me gently into the morning, for the night has been unkind" |

I really enjoyed considering this write and the thoughts it evoked. Susan Happiness isn't something that happens to you, it's created from within you. Joy is a state of mind. |
