Alyssa, my pet, I know that you have bouts of insomnia and they are very hard on your constitution. I require very little sleep. Three hours is about average for me and I function very well on that amount. I guess all my energy comes from being plugged into Mother Earth and Father Sky! lol  I will send the Star Man by to visit you with his bag of star dust!
