You cannot make me feel guilty. You cannot put me away in a dark cold corner or make me feel ashamed. Only I can do that to myself and I woke up a long time ago and found you cannot make me feel guilty. |

Guilt like any other emotion is in our hands alone to absorb or expel. I am so glad to see a write that will give some advice to those that take on that guilt, as it is really a very destructive thing to do for them, and for any connection to the person that gave it to them. Good message Kacy. I am moving only clouds today ~ tomorrow I might try mountains. |

Midnitesun, I understand this one! Glad to see you make up your mind-guilt serves little purpose but hinder.If there are problems, guilt only fogs them more! Glad to read this. |
