The cosmic sun elates a brightened day
That brought the introduction of daydreams at play
Sent surfing on a donut hole that rambled ‘cross the floor
And landed in a saucer filled with milk so full did pour
Pour and pour some more
And puddles formed the floor
Like cloud pictures gathered splash in moist detour
The mop and bucket, rickety racket ship to shore
And sloshed along the tiles, forty winks and smiles
Milk was spilt for miles across miles
And not a drop was wasted donuts basted sponge
Sopping up the milk and rolling, rolling in the plunge
Of saucers set as kitty coffers
Grey and stealth the little elf set prey upon yon round
And crept without a sound upon the puddles wet
And suddenly surprised, I’ll bet
The wolf
No makeup or hooded charm, not a kitty to disarm
Just mop and glow, just stop and go
And what a trade of smiles wiles when that milk did flow
So there Mon Frair and not a drop to drink

This is so cute...
and no need to cry over spilled milk.
Loved it Kathleen.
