(This is specially dedicated to Auguste, another special friend of ours here who can use as many hugs as possible right now! Know, dearest Michael, that you are never alone and never forgotten here as you continue to heal, God Bless You! As the saying goes, "You are the Initiate now. You have the tools. Just be." Yay!!!) BE TRUE (A Candy Heart Poem) By: Noah Eaton 2/7/01 Be true Never forget who you are Always be that special you The loving person you've been from the start Be true Make magic possible For the dreams of youth Will forever boil Be true Never say it's over You will only rise, you'll pull through For every problem has an answer Be true Dear friend I believe in you May friends forever amend! "You'll find something that's enough to keep you But if the bright lights don't receive you You should turn yourself around and come back home" MB20 |

Noah, I think you are the very heart of what Passions was always intended to be. I dearly thank you and thank the rest of you who always keep me in your prayers. At present, I can't honestly tell you that I'm getting better, but can tell you that I'm still fighting back against this horrible illness. I won't give up, that's a promise. I love Passions, always have. It's a home, a dear home and the best poetry site on the web with the most caring friends I've ever known. May God bless each of you richly. Hugs and much love, Noah, the same to ALL of you, Michael The stars will shine when I am gone, |

My memory is bad, short term, yeah, sometimes long term as well, so I ask your patience. The reason I haven't signed up for another rotation in Deputy Mod is because of my memory problems and NOT wanting to be unfair to any of our members. I'm at least still rational enough to understand that, so once again, GOD blesses me. Please realize that I do NOT mean that sarcastilly, not at all. I'm blessed, have always been, SO much more than I deserve. ALL of members need to be treated with the utmost kindness. Passions, in my opinion, has always done just that. Though I'm no longer myself now, I am still here, as best I can be. Parts of my mind still wake up at times. When they do I'll be here for each of you, but when they don't, I know that you'll understand why I'm quiet for awhile. I tend to be very quiet now, unfortunately. I'm still having a very serious problem eating, still having much pain and shortness of breath and can't figure out what's going on. My boat still sits in the marsh growing barnacles, is full of rainwater, but I'm unable, because of my memory and health to figure out what to do about that. My dear love to each of you and to this wonderful place. Michael The stars will shine when I am gone, the earth will turn on as before, the gulls, still race along the shore, the morning star, still kiss the dawn |

Noah, you have touched many of us. It is indeed what this forum should be, a place for friendship, compassion, and expression of healthy emotions. I enjoyed this poem very much. Micheal, good luck with your battle, you will be in my prayers. David |
