What About Me

I wonder why
I am the called upon,
doing but not for me.

I wonder if it
even matters to others
that I silently call to them
and no one hears...

Because the strong
is the outside appearance,
a need to detract from the real.

I wonder though,
when it is too late
if anyone will think
as I do,
what about me?
