Listening to every heart

Two Quivers

Silver dollars falling
Frigid teardrops hang in air
How do you spell snow?

How many snow scenes?
This old tree has stood so long
Eye witness, waiting.
Seasons pass among its limbs,
Life shivering in silence.

You always find the right words to go with
the scenery you graciously give us.

Thanx KJ

(sigh) That tree must have witnessed an infinite number of snow moments, with each snowflake fairy looking different than the other ut all sharing a common emotion! (big angel hugs) God Bless You, sweet friend, this is most gorgeous, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Karilea, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Oh my!  Sunshine, you capture time so well!  I haven't been around for about a week and I have missed your writing.

Sunshine, that is so beautiful. The words describe the picture wonderfully.
I enjoyed your poetry very much.

These are beautiful poems, Karilea.  I have only one minor suggestion that could make these poems even better.  If you could have stranded some kitties in that tree before you took the picture, it would have made my heart sing!  lol

K what a fine poem..i love snow and trees and to combine them both is great....trees really have seen everything...the changing scene of life....lived in slow motion....

Loved the picture too...

Thank you....
