I hear

The timbre of the timber sings
Onto the air on limber strings
With dancing leaves in mellow twist
That sparkles in the dawn of mist.

And awe has settles o’er my mind
In ecstasy of beauties find
And I am crested in the preen
To dash upon its shore of scene

I wallow in the loveliness
The mornings beauty giving bless
Stand before the altars fall
And catch the essence of it all

I do not search I do not cry
I do but hear and watch and sigh
And pray that what is left to feel
Will stay the time for all to heal

Yet some will say and what of pain
And I will say it’s but a cane.

Sy,
   Another powerfully excellent write!

" Yet some will say and what of pain
And I will say it’s but a cane."

Your poem was so upbeat until I came to the
splinter (even up-beat then, but I became aware of the thoughts behind the poem more);
Stimulating poem, Sy.
I hope this finds the sun warmly beginning to shine in the land of Seymour.

Grab upon this, your walking stick
Oh Seer, to see yourself beyond the mist,
It shall cut through the fogs so thick
And carry you forward to lands so blessed...

Where bobbing gems of colored glory
Emote their fragrance to fill your nose
And fairies cavort by enchange of story
Then prepare your bed with petals of rose

For they woulds't keep you in this glen
Where thunder rolls and lovers dance
That you may sift the history of men
Knowing each one had but one romance

And 'tis like you to see them in glee
For such is the magic of woven history...

~*~

Do you smile when you inspire?
I would certainly hope so...

Good morning, Sy.

Imagine sun where there is none
Exposing hearts in darkest night
To capture scenes for dreams undone
for lack of conscious guiding light

Where souls are free to take thier speed
From caution's large restraining ropes
And sleepers fill thier greatest needs
In fairytales of faithful roles

Look you there with keenest eye
And find the secret of the scrolls
That deal with tides of compromise
Allowing them no place to roll

And if you look real close you'll see
A friend that looks a lot like me....

Yes SY you inspire....Sunshine's right!

Top of the Evenin', Sir T!

The timbre of your sultry songs
Sways my limbs in limber dance
Among the leaves of mellow morn
I flit about in fairy prance.

I catch the essence of Sy's sweet bless
For his sonnets spread happiness.

Birdie kisses,
EA
