I found her lying in her room Her face pale, ghostly white as the moon Her soul dripping onto the floor I gently approached to hold her once more She said "They took my love away, I have no more reasons to stay. In this life full of hate, I found happiness a bit to late. A tear drop rolled down her cheek I tried but I could not speak Death silenced words of comfort from me As I watched her drift to eternity I said "They took her love away, she has no more reasons to stay. In this life so full of hate, I pray for her it's late. The sirens rang close in my ear, People came with words I couldn't hear. They took her away from me, But she already passed to eternity. Now the tears roll down my face A beauty that life can n'er replace I truly don't understand How we now walk hand n' hand Days ago they took me away I had so many reasons to stay But with her now beside me We happly walk off to eternity |

"I pray for her it's late." (Er...is it missing something? I doesnt quite make sense. Punctuation, or something?) Other than that, deeply moving, absolutely stunning. I love the repeated stanza...well, repeated with variations...and the last stanza, it's absolutely amazing. A+ Light keep you always, Amara It's not only cowardly to run... |
