burn of want

like milk_toast words
i crave your tongue
my poetry, you are
unwritten, unspoken
    untangled
slipping your ink
through my lips
moving line
by line
each letter
leading us from
me to we
  where hands, lightly
press the burn of want
between
concave thrusts and
        confessional hips

Your talent never ceases to amaze me.

Snow

If there is any snow around your home, it must be hardy.

~~**~~
The sound of silence calls,
I hear your voice and suddenly
I'm falling, lost in a dream
The echo of our souls meet
