my trees and blooms are in want

Haikus look so simple, but they don't come easy to me.

So I shall read and enjoy the chain.

dance your pollen dance,
sip nectar in the dawn light,
heaven is springtime.

I like your string, leader. Keep it up.

rocking chair softly creaking

Summer will wend its winsome

Welcome warmth of sun

Violent Crashing Waves
The dark clouds over shadow
The storm surrounds us

The crying mother
Holds a child in her arms
The child is still

House shakes in the wind
It screams and hollars out loud
"I'm not a whisper"

Of sudden glory
The rain stops and the sun shines
One more answered prayer

The child awakes
Smiling at the rainbow
It kissed the blue lake

So she cried no more
watching the placid sun set
which so calmed her sole
