Paint the background deepest blue,
Bellowed clouds of gray and white,
Palm trees, dashed with darken green.
Touched by just a hint of light.
Paint with Aqua, bluegreen lust
A sea which lies beyond the shore.
Tinge the sand with shades of rust
And flakes of gold to spark it more.
Touch the canvas, gently now.
To add the shadows of their faces.
Blend their bodies, lacking light,
To be as one, in their embraces.
With flowing tan, endow their skin
Smoothly, tracing with your brush.
A glinted eye, be add then.
And just the vaguness of her blush.
Add a halo, near unseen,
swirling, round about their heads.
To bring to life the heat of love
In faded shades of pinks and reds.
Placing now the brilliant moon,
A yellow globe up in the sky.
And stars, of silver angel dust.
To be reflected in love's eye.
