LETTER OF REJECTION

The letter laid in front of me,

the words burning deep within

my soul.

I was ready to call it quits, stop

writing completely.

Letter Of Thank-you

Kevin,

I was reluctant at first to really listen

when going to you about my decision

of quitting my writing

but you stood your ground,

made me rethink things through,

making me see much more of myself.

And that one person’s comments

is not important but what is inside

my heart is what matters most.

Hi Ella...you are welcome. I am glad you are staying with the writing. These little pieces of ourselves that we commit to the page are far to prescious to throw away because one person just doesn't understand. We make ourselves vulnerable when we allow others to read dour words...but if we touch just one heart...once in our lives...it was worth everything we gave. Love your work froggy.
